Registration procedure
All registrations must be made online through http://registrations.uroweb.org.
Online registration is open until 11 January 2010.
No registration will be accepted unless accompanied by full payment details (banker's draft, copy of bank transfer or credit card, in Euro only). The registration will only be confirmed after receipt of the required fees. In order to avoid confusion due to mail or bank delays, the payment should be received before 8 January 2010.

Individual Registrations (if you would like to register yourself)
All individual registrations must be made through the official online registration system. In order to make an individual registration, please choose the option "click here to register yourself". Please click here to make an individual registration

Group Registrations (if you would like to register another or multiple person(s))
Group registration is only possible for companies or travel agencies wishing to register person(s) for the congress. Registrations will not be accepted without the work or home address of each delegate. Please click here to make a group registration

Membership
Please note that outstanding payments for EAU membership will be checked by the EAU Central Office. Reduction on the registration fee will not be granted if there are outstanding amounts.

Insurance
The organisers do not accept responsibility for any personal damage. Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own personal insurance.
