Cancellation policy
Before 3 December 2009: € 50
After   3 December 2009: no refund will be made.
Name change: € 25 

Terms of payment
All payments must be made in Euro. Please note that you will be charged a higher fee if we receive payment after the stated deadlines. 
Payments can be made by credit card (secure payment page) or bank transfer.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the EAU Central Office.
A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be paid on-site. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the congress bank account on time.
